Enter your Market Center number and its associated data. If you are part of multiple MCs, please submit the numbers individually for each one.
Ad Spend Sources
If you ran any paid ads during the month, check the appropriate box.
If your ad source is not listed, select “Other” and type it in.
If you did not run any ads, select “No Ad Spend.”
Total Monthly Ad Spend
Enter the total amount spent across all ad sources. If you did not spend any money on ads, enter 0.
# of New NS (Not In School) Recruits
Enter the number of new, non-licensed leads not currently in school that you engaged with during the reporting month. If none, enter 0.
# of Info Sessions Held
Enter the number of Info Sessions or Career Nights you held during the reporting month. These may be in-person, virtual, or hybrid. (A hybrid session counts as one.) If none, enter 0.
# of Info Session Registrations
Enter the number of total registrations for Info Sessions that were held within the reporting month. Do not include registrations for sessions held in future months. If none, enter 0.
# of Info Session Attendance
Enter the number of recruits who attended an Info Session held in the reporting month. If no one attended, or if no session was held, enter 0.
# of NS Appointments Set
Enter the total number of NS appointments set during the reporting month. Do not include appointments set for future months. If none, enter 0.
# of NS Appointments Held
Enter the number of NS appointments that were actually held during the reporting month. If none, enter 0.
# of New IS (In School) Recruits
Enter the number of new, non-licensed leads who are currently in school that you engaged with during the reporting month. If none, enter 0.
# of IS Appointments Set
Enter the total number of IS appointments set during the reporting month. Do not include appointments set for future months. If none, enter 0.
# of IS Appointments Held
Enter the number of IS appointments that were actually held during the reporting month. If none, enter 0.
# of Recruits Who Tested
Enter the number of recruits who took their real estate exam (not just scheduled it) during the reporting month. If none, enter 0.
# of New Agent Recruits Who Joined
Enter the number of new agent recruits who joined your Market Center during the reporting month. Only include recruits you originally engaged with as NS or IS leads. Do not include already-licensed agents.
