ALC Clinic – December 8–9
Two days of leadership development to set your market center up for a strong 2027.
Day 1 – Thursday, December 8: ALC Clinic for Leaders
The ALC Clinic for Market Center Leadership equips team leaders with valuable tools, systems and strategies for leading an effective Associate Leadership Council (ALC). Additionally, it provides operating principals and market center administrators with the systems and tools to support a highly functioning ALC. This course was designed by Mo Anderson, vice chairman of the board, Keller Williams Realty, to help market center leadership teams achieve their market center’s goals with an empowered ALC. Don’t forget your ugly Christmas sweaters & outfits! Winners will be awarded at dinner!
That evening, join us for our annual Christmas Dinner and White Elephant Gift Exchange. Bring a wrapped gift ($50 limit) to join in the fun.
Day 2 – Friday, December 9: ALC Clinic for ALC Members
Leaders bring their ALC members to set 2027 up right. This session equips ALC members with the tools and strategies to serve as an effective, empowered council alongside their leadership team.
